Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attain and exceed both primary and secondary sales objectives through strategic execution and robust pipeline management
∎ Lead, mentor, and coordinate the performance of branch sales managers, supervisors, and representatives to optimize team productivity
∎ Expand market presence by increasing outlet penetration and enhancing geographic and demographic coverage
∎ Maintain optimal inventory levels at distributor and sales centers to secure supply continuity and prevent stockouts
∎ Maximize product visibility by ensuring effective in‑store placement, merchandising standards, and brand presence
∎ Diagnose market inefficiencies and gaps, and implement responsive initiatives to capture untapped opportunities
∎ Design and execute trade promotions, consumer incentives, and point-of-sale materials, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and ROI targets
∎ Maintain comprehensive and accurate sales documentation, supporting performance analysis and regulatory compliance
∎ Monitor and report competitor activities, leveraging actionable intelligence to inform strategic positioning
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated, ensuring they align with the scope and objectives of the role
