∎ Must have communication, analytical ability, problem solving and report writing skill
∎ Must have leadership skill, management skill of production operation
∎ Must have using capabilities of MS Office
∎ Able to work under stress situation

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve primary and secondary sales target / budget
∎ Supervise branch sales manager, sales supervisor and sales representative
∎ Increase coverage of outlets and markets
∎ Maintain safety stocks at distributor and sales centers
∎ Ensure visibility of our products
∎ Identify market gaps and take necessary action to minimize the gaps
∎ Execute trade promotion, consumer offer and POSMs in the market
∎ Keep updated records of all types of sales related documentation
∎ Collect feedback about competitors’ activities in the markets
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
