Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve set up targets: Gross Revenue, volume, product distribution, and other KPIs (Call compliance, Strike Rate, LPC, Outlet Billing, ECO, etc.) as per the business plan.
∎ Lead the team, monitor their performance; coach and motivate the team members for continuous improvement of performance and delivery of results.
∎ Capability Building: OJT (On the Job Training) & Infield Coaching- (as per structured and disciplined routine).
∎ Effectively implement sales, promotional activities, and, merchandising programs as specified and assigned for the specified areas with effectively managing the placement of POSM to improve productivity.
∎ Identifying opportunities for growth.
∎ Drive Relationships with Outlets through the team of Sales Officers to ensure sustainable business.
∎ Manage an allocated discount budget including continuous tracking and periodic reporting.
