Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing and controlling area sales staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet the sales target and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
∎ Monitoring the performance of sales staff and take remedial action when necessary to ensure that the sales target is met.
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company's maximum sales potential is realized in the area.
