Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- Masters/Bachelor's in any discipline can apply and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the respective field is preferable.

- Minimum 05 years of Experience in Feed Industries is a must.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written) are a must.
- Work Under Pressure & Hard Working.
- Sound Knowledge of using Communication Software & Computer browsing.
- Have a valid motorbike driving license(If needed).
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring & Supervising Team Members.
Develop Existing Market or Create New Market.
Increase Sales Volume.
Work on Field.
- Increasing sales volume of poultry or cattle feed.
- Make a strategic plan to achieve sales targets.
- Planning sales targets for individual field officers, Dealers, and Distributors.
- Expanding the marketing network of the assigned area.
- To investigate the market frequently for poultry and Cattle feed sales.
- To handle conflict in the market.
- Manage to develop good relationships between executives & Dealers or Farmers.
- Provide training to field officers to increase sales volume.
- Any Other job assigned by the Management/General Manager.
