∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
∎ MS (Vet) from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Animal Health sector

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate, implement and review plan & policies for Technical Service operation.
∎ Ensure effective coordination and cooperation with farmers, dealers/vendors.
∎ Closely supervising and monitoring Technical Service team.
∎ Reporting daily/weekly/monthly basis.
∎ Must be pro-active & dynamic with leadership quality.
∎ Prepare and Implement plan & Budget.
∎ Analyze trends and prepare annual forecast.
∎ Generate new ideas and techniques for technical service.
∎ Arranging coordination meeting.
∎ Evaluating competitor's activities and performance.
∎ Innovating new farms & developing relations with new and existing customers.
∎ Increasing brand awareness and market share.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management/superior.

∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Able to drive Motor Cycle and must have valid driving license.
