∎ Negotiation skills, Product knowledge, Good Supervisory skills.
∎ At least 6 year(s) as Medical Representative /Promotion Officer in Pharmaceuticals with Minimum 2 years working experiences in the similar (supervisory) position.
∎ Requirement may relax for deserving candidate
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve the team target of prescription and value sales.
∎ Monitor and assist Sr./MIOs in achieving their individual targets.
∎ Coaching and mentoring team members in achieving objectives.
∎ Resolve any issues raised by the team members in consultation with Supervisor.
∎ Prepare, update and submit reports using appropriate means.
∎ The Company is looking for smart, self-motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic individuals who can successfully lead a group of MIOs to perform their best to achieve their target.
∎ Achieve the team target of prescription and value sales.
∎ Monitor and assist Sr./MIOs in achieving their individual targets.
∎ Coaching and mentoring team members in achieving objectives.
∎ Resolve any issues raised by the team members in consultation with Supervisor.
∎ Prepare, update and submit reports using appropriate means.
