Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in line with Akij Bathware Ltd.’s overall goals, driving revenue growth and market expansion
∎ Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring individual and collective success.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Identify new business opportunities for ABFL, explore untapped markets, and develop strategies to increase the company's market share in the ceramics tiles industry.
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in ABFL-Rosa, including marketing and production, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to business growth.
∎ Oversee the National Operation’s sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize returns and achieve financial objectives.
∎ Develop insights and understand our Rosa Brand products, including their features, and customization options
∎ Travel extensively to generate leads and achieve customer satisfaction
∎ Akij Bathware Ltd., (ABWL), an SBU of AkijBashir Group, seeks to appoint Area Manager for its sales team who will be responsible for managing and overseeing all sales operations activities of ABFL - Rosa Brand.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
