Agro based items Marketing, Area Sales, Feed Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be proactive & dynamic with leadership quality.
∎ Implement sale plan & Budget.
∎ Build up business relations with customers and influence the sales force to achieve the sales target as per the master plan.
∎ Ensure sales revenue and confirmation of payments through valid documents.
∎ Analysis of Market share, volume and monitor competitor's activities.
∎ Must be able to forecast market situation.
∎ Manage the credit/receivables as per company policy.
∎ Developing a balanced dealer network and recruit new dealers.
∎ Reporting on all sorts of market competitor's activities.
∎ Attaining category/SKU-wise monthly sales and collection targets.
∎ Ensure brand visibility through proper display across all outlets.
∎ Ensure proactive efforts to resolve all customer issues and complaints.
∎ Continuing effort for each market point shares growth contrasting with market volume.
∎ Ensuring all field performance reports & initiating action to improve sales capacity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years experience as an Area Manager level will get extra privileges.
∎ Must have experience in dealer Management.
∎ Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
∎ Candidates experienced in selling feed products will get a preference.
∎ Outstanding organizational and sales skills.
∎ Building relationship and negotiation skills.
∎ Problem-solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
