Responsibilities & Context:

Akij Ceramics Ltd., (Sanitary Ware), an SBU of AkijBashir Group, seeks to appoint an Area Manager for its sales team who will manage and oversee all sales operations activities of Akij Ceramics (Sanitary Ware) - ROSA Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in line with Akij Ceramics-Sanitary Ware, overall goals, driving revenue growth and market expansion

  • Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring individual and collective success

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness

  • Identify business opportunities for Sanitary Ware, explore untapped markets, and develop strategies to increase the company`s market share in the sanitary ware industry

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty with ROSA brand

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in ACRL-Rosa, including marketing and production, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to business growth

  • Prepare the regional sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize returns and achieve financial objectives

  • Develop insights and understand our Rosa Brand products, including their features, and customization options

  • Travel extensively to generate leads and achieve customer satisfaction
