Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in line with Akij Bathware business goals, driving revenue growth and market expansion
∎ Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand the market.
∎ Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
∎ Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions where needed.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets for Bath ware products.
∎ Increase market share in the Bathware segment.
∎ Build strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty for ROSA.
∎ Work closely with marketing and production teams to align growth plans.
∎ Prepare and manage the regional sales budget for maximum ROI.
