Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing the retail operations of the assigned zone;
∎ Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability across the area;
∎ Conduct frequent store visits to promptly identify and tackle sales challenges, provide effective coaching to staff on selling techniques, and enhance product displays for optimal results;
∎ Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and merchandising standards;
∎ Resolving any kind of issues related to the retail stores with coordination of other related departments;
∎ Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
