Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

The incumbent should be Graduate/Masters from any reputed University (BSc. / MSc. will get preference).

• 2 to 3 years

• 2 to 3 year(s) as Area Manager in reputed Pharmaceuticals / Nutraceuticals Company will get preference.
• Capable to lead a team of the company and willing to take challenge.
• Well conversant with MS office applications.
• Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve the monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target of the assigned area through a team of promoters.
• Monitor the daily tasks and activities of the promoters regularly.
• Provide ongoing training to the promoters; so that they possess adequate scientific
• knowledge and selling skills to make successful sales calls.
• Conduct regular market visit to check coverage, competitor activity & search for new opportunities.
• Analyze the performance on a regular basis, take corrective actions and submit report to the concerned line manager accordingly.
• Organize the clinical meetings as per plan.
• Maintain professional relationship with the Key Opinion Leaders of the assigned area.

Job Location: Cumilla, Noakhali, Chattogram, Sylhet, Mymensingh, Tangail or anywhere in Bangladesh.
