We are looking for an extroverted employee who will be able to perform the entire task related to the Sales & marketing department (Relationship marketing, market research, business development).
As Area Manager/Regional Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to making a significant impact on our organization`s success.
Job Responsibility:
Develop the strategic growth roadmap to achieve the sales objective considering current market trends, consumer behavior, and annual business plan. Collaborate with the executive team to develop sales strategies that align with the company`s goals and objectives.
Expand new market area and increase the sales volume as well as search & find market gaps and take initiative to appoint dealer for coverage.
Achieve strictly target as per sales plan according to the time frame·
Train up and coordinate efforts to the team members , lead and work with energetic sales team to deliver the their sales target effectively & efficiently·
Ensure team works for achieving the sales team target effectively by monitoring and controlling as per company SOP·
Collect all the latest market information and competitor activities about Poultry, fish and Cattle feed; work on that for progress our market and send it to the management.
Setup new dealers/distributors independently and maintain, monitor good relationship with existing dealers.
Achieve company revenue and own sales target with proper planning and execution.
Maintenance dealers and satisfy them with set service polices of the organization.
Provide technical or any other support to the dealers regarding sales.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market report on sales and distribution.
Establish new dealer/ big farmers’ setup as per market requirement.
Analysis competitor`s activities and take necessary strategies accordingly in line with company policies.
Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
Others as per company Policy.
