• Honors/ Masters in Marketing

• B.Sc/ M.Sc in Fisheries or Biology.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in preferable.

• 1 to 3 years

Job Summary:

• We are looking for an extroverted employee who will be able to perform the entire task related to the Sales & marketing department (i.e., Relationship marketing, market research, business development).

• As Executive / Sr. Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business and achieving the targeted sales volume by maintaining good relationships with existing customers and creating new customers. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to making a significant impact on our organization`s success.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare an action plan to meet the monthly sales target and drive to achieve the target of the assigned person.

• Visit and collect the sales order from the existing dealer to meet the sales target

• Visit potential dealers for new business opportunities as well as search and expansion of new markets for Poultry, Fish & Cattle Feed sales.

• Ensure a periodic visit to all the Fish, Poultry & Cattle farms to maintain relationship & follow-up with prospective & current Clients

• Build up a strong relationship with farmers & to give them necessary information regarding products, performance (e.g., FCR, cost benefit analysis, advantages & other benefits) of product & attract them in business.

• Prepare Monthly/Yearly report on sales planning, forecasting and distribution.

• Marketing Model Farmers under each dealer and sharing , solving their fish or feed related inquire, ensuring their feed delivery smoothly

• Review the progress status of new products and share the market feedback with the supervisor.

• Resolve all customer complaints/queries and take guidance from the supervisor where required.

• Ensure proper usage of all promotional elements provided by the company to achieve the monthly fish feed sales target.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor time to time.
