Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Responsible for extensive monitor, maintain, motivate, coordinate Area sales team & lead them towards set goal (Long & short time).
∎ 2. Ensure that everybody work as per their job description.
∎ 3. To make liaison with field force, and establishing a long lasting relationship with the dealers & retailers for increasing sales and market constancy.
∎ 4. To build strong image of the company across the Area, incorporate innovative idea for progressive branding the products and cater the differentiated marketing demand across segments.
∎ 5. To formulate, Plan and implement innovative/ differentiated strategy to outweigh strong competitors in the market.
∎ 6. To plan and achieve the sales target through distributing, coverage, and visibility.
∎ 7. Continuous and relevant field visit to be aware regarding competitors position.
∎ 8. Follow-up the critical issues and assist coworkers to run their operation smoothly.
∎ 9. Uphold the banner of the organization to the dealers, retailers & customers.
∎ 10. Report to AGM (Sales & Marketing), ACRL about day to day operation.
