Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & Monitor effective market visits of the team members (TM) to existing and potential customers in the retail area to increase sales.
∎ Forecast market demand and achieve sales targets.
∎ Ensure sustainable growth of own market share.
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitor’s product, price, feature, marketing strategy, distribution policy, and promotional activities.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the existing & new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers.
∎ Practical knowledge about working with SR/SO
∎ Practical knowledge to work in the field
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants who have experience working in Tea Company will get preference
Salary: Negotiable
