Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science discipline, Development studies from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Efficient management of the project leading a project team
∎ Assist in implementing the program activities in 4 districts
∎ Assist in finance management
∎ Design and implementation of trainings comply with project objective
∎ Documentation and reporting-qualitative and quantitative
∎ Advocacy and networking
∎ Coordination of monthly action plans and team meetings and communication and coordination with public authority/stakeholder
∎ Conceptual and content-related monitoring and support of School Facilitators
∎ Visits to high schools and establish Young HRD forum
∎ Organize and actively participate in policy dialogue in the programme districts
∎ Communication with public authorities and service providers
∎ Guide, coaching, supervise and management of program staff as appropriate including performance appraisal
∎ Any other activities of the organization assigned based on demands
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in leading managing and implementing project on human rights, Governance and advocacy issue in any national or international organisations
∎ Knowledge on human rights, women's rights, Domestic violence, child marriage, inclusive governance and subsequent Acts/rules
∎ Knowledge on target group selection from marginalised communities
∎ Respect for diversity, gender sensitivity, and integrity
∎ Able to make efficient plan and optimum utilisation of available resources
∎ Able to drive motor cycle and frequent field visit
∎ Knowledge on context analysis, data analysis, MIS and evaluation process
∎ Knowledge on general administration, project and financial management
∎ Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, Power point and more
∎ Able to prepare factual result oriented reports
Salary:
∎ Tk. 29680 (Monthly)
∎ 2.25 festival bonus, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Travel Allowance, Health Insurance and Leave Benefits will be entitled as per organizational policy.

∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
