Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Meet with clients to determine their needs and requirements.
Manage design projects from concept development through to completion.
Develop and present project proposals.
Adjust designs and plans to meet clients’ needs.
Conduct research and compile reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local planning regulations.
Determine and adhere to project budgets and timelines.
Manage project teams and collaborate with other construction professionals.
Work with teams across business lines, including remote locations, and coordinate with subcontractors.
Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
Modify existing plans and elevations to meet client and sales requirements.
