Responsibilities & Context:
Design and planning:
- Conduct client meetings to understand needs, goals, and budget.
- Develop design concepts and create detailed blueprints, renderings, and technical drawings using software like AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate with engineers to integrate all structural and mechanical elements into the design.
Construction oversight:
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is in line with the design and specifications.
- Verify that all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and local regulations.
- Approve technical drawings and specifications, and inspect completed work.
