• Age 30 to 45 years

• Prepare concept designs, schematic drawings, detailed architectural plans, and 3D visualizations.
• Develop design solutions in line with client requirements, budget, and project objectives.
• Ensure architectural design meets structural, MEP, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, mechanical, and interior design teams for integrated design development.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers during project execution.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and construction details.
• Monitor site progress to ensure design intent is maintained throughout implementation.
• Ensure all drawings and designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and authority requirements.
• Conduct design reviews and coordinate quality checks during each project phase.
• Identify design or construction conflicts early and recommend corrective actions.
