Responsibilities & Context:

The Company has a position available on the Tech Ops team for an individual with an application support background. The Application Support Specialist as a part of the Tech Ops, Application Development team, will be responsible for technical operations, troubleshooting and support for different application. The Application Support Specialist will work closely with the product development and IT Infrastructure teams and serve as a point of contact for day-to-day operations with internal and external partners.

  • Design, develop, unit test and implement solutions to application bug fixes in accordance with established standards.

  • Perform Peer-to-peer code reviews as needed.

  • Client Trade Monitoring Identify opportunities to improve existing programs to prevent recurring incidents and to improve processes.

  • Troubleshooting and resolution of incidents.

  • Investigate and resolve data related issues Document incident resolution and develop knowledge base documentation.

  • Participate in on-call support rotation.

  • Provide excellent customer service through direct and indirect support to employees and customers.

  • Various other daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks as assigned.
