∎ Graduation with minimum 3 years experience

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the whole apartment.
∎ Look after Security services.
∎ Look after cleaning services.
∎ Bill payment to banks (electricity, WASA, Gas) etc.
∎ Collect monthly service charges from 20 flats owners
∎ Maintain service charges account

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years

Salary: Tk. 9000 - 10000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile allowance - Taka 400 / per month
∎ Bonus- 50 percent salary in each Eid
∎ Staying, cooking facility - free
