Job Context:
∎ The AP Sponsorship & System Officer works closely with the AP team, community facilitators and community-based committees to ensure processes to ensure the well-being of the children of the AP area.
∎ The position works for the timely delivery of all sponsor engagement content where all standards and policies are met.
∎ He/She ensures data entry of required sponsorship information into the system, smooth functioning and usage of the sponsorship systems and proper documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep the sponsorship system updated with the required data and contents
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of the sponsorship systems
∎ Manage to deliver sponsor engagement communications maintaining standards
∎ Produce periodic reports from the system
∎ Ensure RC filing and its safety
∎ Make documentation properly
∎ Produce periodic reports from the systems and share them with the relevant stakeholders
∎ Support in sponsorship programs and community engagement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Must have knowledge and skills in Sponsorship Systems
∎ Ability to drive a motorbike with a valid driving license
∎ Ability to work in different target groups
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Work under pressure and can take on additional responsibilities
∎ Basic computer literacy using Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel & MS PowerPoint
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
∎ Benefits are applicable as per organizational structure and policy.

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
