Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sell Tickets and Reservations.
∎ Market Visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Monitor & follow up the individual, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Provide necessary support to Visa, Hotel Booking & Package Tours.
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
∎ Proactively look for opportunities to optimize margin and improve service value.
∎ Maintain all ARC and IATA accreditation documents to stay compliant.
∎ Relationship Maintain with Airlines & GDS personnel.
∎ Monitor market fares versus air add-on charts and recommend changes as necessary from published fares, group fares, fare sales, web, low-cost carriers, airline contracts, and consolidators.
∎ Making invoices & maintaining ticketing and service-related accounts.
∎ A strong commitment to exceptional customer service is a pre-requisite.
∎ Experience in a fast-paced work environment with high touch expectations.
∎ Expertise in booking international air is valued.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
∎ Ability to work across multiple booking and CRM platforms.
∎ Experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS).
∎ Committed to the highest level of customer service
∎ High degree of attention to detail.
∎ Excellent communications skills – both written & verbal
∎ Team player.
∎ Willingness to take on challenges.
∎ Demonstrated knowledge of sales principles including qualifying, rapport building and the ability to close the sale.
∎ Strong time management skills are essential.
∎ Ability to work autonomously.
∎ Demonstrated understanding of the requirements of high-end clients.
∎ Expert: GDS (Galileo, Saber & Amadeus) Ticketing & reservation (Domestic, International & Umrah), Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Galileo, Saber & Amadeus), Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
