Responsibilities & Context:
Age between 20 to 35 years.
1–2 years of experience in air ticket reservation and issuance is preferred.
Familiarity with GDS/airline reservation systems (such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar) is a plus.
Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to professionally handle clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
High attention to detail and accuracy in ticket bookings.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office, email, and internet browsing.
Must be smart, punctual, and responsible.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
