🛠 Role Overview

As our AI / Tech Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions across multiple business domains. You’ll work closely with the founders and sales team to translate client needs into working, scalable AI products.

This is a startup role – expect fast growth, real impact, and the chance to shape our tech roadmap.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models (e.g., NLP for chatbots, predictive analytics for sales, CV screening for recruitment).

• Build and maintain cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Integrate AI features into business applications (HR, CRM, ERP, Support Systems).

• Collaborate with sales & operations to prototype and deliver client solutions quickly.

• Maintain clean, scalable, and secure code with documentation.

• Stay up to date with latest AI/automation trends and bring innovation to the team.

✅ Requirements

Education & Background:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI-related field.

Technical Skills:

• Strong in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).

• Knowledge of data handling & APIs (SQL, NoSQL, REST, GraphQL).

• Cloud deployment skills (AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with automation & NLP projects.

• Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and full-stack (React/Node.js).

Soft Skills:

• Problem-solving mindset for business-driven AI applications.

• Ability to work in a startup environment – adaptable, resourceful, and proactive.

• Strong teamwork & communication skills.
