Role Overview
As our AI DEVELOPER/ Tech Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions across multiple business domains. You’ll work closely with the founders and sales team to translate client needs into working, scalable AI products.
This is a startup role – expect fast growth, real impact, and the chance to shape our tech roadmap.
Responsibilities
Develop and deploy AI/ML models (e.g., NLP for chatbots, predictive analytics for sales, CV screening for recruitment).
Build and maintain cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Integrate AI features into business applications (HR, CRM, ERP, Support Systems).
Collaborate with sales & operations to prototype and deliver client solutions quickly.
Maintain clean, scalable, and secure code with documentation.
Stay up to date with latest AI/automation trends and bring innovation to the team.
