Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate Artificial Intelligence strategies for the Hub in managing startups and skills development
∎ Supervise research, development and implementation activities to make sure they fulfill the needs of AI strategies
∎ Figure out the ways in which Artificial Intelligence tools can be used to solve local and overseas industry challenges and enhance user experiences
∎ Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze the stakeholders' business and main areas where the application of AI can stimulate business growth
∎ Work closely with the higher management and implementation teams to achieve the organization's goals
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ 10+ years of experience in digital technologies, big data, software development, or another related field.
∎ Experience working with large data sets and familiarity with deep learning and machine learning algorithms and the use of popular AI/ML frameworks
∎ Solid understanding of technology progression, 4IR, and growth strategies
∎ Experience in leading a team with multifold revenue growth over the years
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary:
∎ Attractive and market-competitive salary will be offered to the incumbent with office pool car for transport and logistics support for out-of-town travels. Festival bonuses are offered during two Eid festivals and additional project/performance-based bonuses are offered based on performance appraisal.
