1.Minimum 5 years in software engineering and AI projects, 2. Strong expertise in AI/ML tools, app development, and workflow automation, 3. Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate), 4. Experience with mobile frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin), 5. Familiarity with Git, Zapier, Postpress, CoPilot, or other integration tools, 6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities, 7. Proactive, team player with a learning mindset, 8. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

*Take ownership of AI initiatives and automation pipelines

* Design and develop mobile apps (iOS & Android) and RPA (our internal CRM systems) workflows

* Build AI-powered tools using OpenAI, LangChain, TensorFlow, or similar

* Integrate intelligent systems into internal and client-facing platforms

* Lead full-stack web development when needed

* Collaborate with U.S. teams to align with business goals

* Maintain clean, scalable, well-documented code
