Job Context:
∎ RDRS Bangladesh is inviting application for the post of Agriculture Officer under HarvestPlus project in Rangpur division.
∎ The position is based in Rangpur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, implementation and monitoring of activities under HarvestPlus Project;
∎ Organize and facilitate training to farmers who will cultivate zinc enriched rice;
∎ Facilitate and foster partnership with Federations/Groups/ Farmers Forum/FFS, monitoring the training and demonstrations;
∎ Organize and coordinate different issue based workshop, seminar for increasing influence on and access to right of poor people for sustainable livelihood;
∎ Data collection of demonstration plots and report preparation on monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least one year experience in relevant field;
∎ Liaison capacity with different stakeholders;
∎ Excellent computer skills (MS word, Excel and Power Point);
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill and command over English and Bangla-both spoken and written.
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
