Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand Pest & Diseases impact in fields
∎ Understand User Journey of Farmers & other Agro Stakeholders
∎ Work with preparing Agro Data sets, by sorting & labeling images
∎ Work with Business & Tech Team to develop Software Features
∎ Prepare content for the Software Features
∎ Work with QA Team to perform Testing in office & in Field
∎ Travel individually or with team for Testing, Training & Data Collection purposes
∎ Write reports for various Product Research & Product Development Purposes
∎ Research to perform competitor analysis
∎ Prepare content for Product Social Media pages
∎ Attend Meetings & Conferences related to Product development & promotion
∎ Work with Advisor Board, by providing them reports & conducting bi-weekly / monthly meetings
∎ Analyze field data to identify patterns and optimize crop management practices.
∎ Contribute to the continuous improvement of our agricultural software solution.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Computer Science, or a related field.
∎ Proven experience in agriculture technology or related industry.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Willingness to travel for fieldwork and attend meetings and conferences as required.
∎ Must have at least 1 year of practical experience working at field level in the agriculture sector.
∎ 40% time to field visit
∎ We are seeking a dynamic Agriculture Analyst to join our Smart Agriculture Team with a primary focus on product development. In this role, you will work closely with our Machine Learning team to process and analyze images collected from fields. Your insights and contributions will directly impact the enhancement of our platform's capabilities in detecting and managing crop threats efficiently.
