Job Responsibility:

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet sales and demand forecasts.
• Ensure the optimal utilization of resources to achieve production targets.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production efficiency and suggest process improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
• Manage day-to-day feed mill operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and minimize wastage.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational excellence.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards, including nutritional value, safety, and compliance with legal regulations.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to implement quality management systems.
• Investigate and resolve production-related quality issues.
• Lead, train, and motivate production and operational staff to achieve organizational goals.
• Develop a performance-driven culture through regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Identify skill gaps and facilitate training programs to enhance team capabilities.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental and industrial regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain records for regulatory bodies and internal audits.
• Analyze production data and trends to recommend improvements.
• Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adopt new technologies for operational efficiency.
• Any other task assigned by management.
