Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and hygiene.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, optimize costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Lead, train, and mentor the F&B team to maintain motivation, efficiency, and performance.
Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
