Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking to hire a dynamic AGM/Divisional Head (Showroom Channel) to join our renowned Electronics Industry.

Responsibilities:

  • In this role, your duties will include supervising the division`s showroom staff to ensure daily targets are met, ensuring that all work is completed in line with company procedures and policies, and reporting any work-related issues to the reporting boss.

  • Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

  • The Ideal candidate should be a proven leader and a team manager with excellent written and oral communication, planning and time management skills.

  • Develop and implement the strategies to grow organization`s business.

  • The incumbent will be responsible to lead the Showroom Sales & marketing team of the Company.

  • The candidate will assume overall responsibility for a team of business development and marketing operations for business growth.

  • Monitoring competitive environment, identifying key market and business information and planning for next course of actions.

  • The key responsibilities will be managing existing and Business Development (Sales), Customer Service, Relationship Management.

  • The candidate will be responsible of achieving monthly and annual sales targets through his business development team as planned by the company`s management.

  • Willing to work in Direct Sales, Corporate Sales.

  • To take a challenge yearly turns over to increased sales and market Promotion.

  • Administer field sales force of assigned sales area in a proper manner which ensures individual growth and target achievement, analyze team performance to identify skill gaps as well as training needs for desired performance.

  • Identify and develop potential market, based on assigned target Maintain strong liaison with all channel partners within the assigned region.
