Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for sales forecasting and undertaking promotional programs.
∎ Responsible for primary & secondary sales and also maintain the sales force activities & performance in the retail market.
∎ To maximize market share, revenue, and profitability in the company's selected markets.
∎ Oversee the marketing & sales affairs of the assigned area/products.
∎ To formulate marketing strategies and action plans in line with the company's direction to expand the business in the designated area/territory.
∎ Ensure compliance with Company policy and follow the process.
∎ Sales Planning and Strategy for the Area for achieving Annual Operation Plan.
∎ Direct and coordinate the sales functions and personnel involved.
∎ To lead and guide motivated Sales Team in their daily execution of Marketing/Sales tasks & activities towards achieving the team's monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
∎ Attend customer inquiries, quote prices, follow-up orders & identify new opportunities.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction & resolve customer complaints.
∎ New Dealer opening or creation information collection.
∎ Plan, organize, and establish to ensure the growth of the Market Share.
∎ Monitor the daily activities of the Sales Assistant.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years

∎ Candidate must have experience in Mosquito Coil & Toiletries industry.
∎ Candidate Should be self-motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, customer relationship, and planning/budgeting competency, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Able to work under minimum supervision & meet deadlines.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Candidate must have can-do attitude.
