Experience

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Experience in the feed/agriculture sector is mandatory.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of the feed industry, particularly in animal/poultry feed.

• Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution.

• Excellent leadership and people management skills.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and risks.

• Prepare annual sales forecasts and budgets for feed products.

Sales Management:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Identify and expand sales territories, ensuring effective market coverage.

• Oversee key account management and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with distributors, dealers, and key clients.

Operations and Coordination:

• Ensure efficient supply chain and distribution networks to meet customer demands.

• Coordinate with production teams for inventory planning and timely delivery.

• Monitor credit limits and ensure timely payment collection from clients.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
