Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Main Responsibilities of this position is ensured materials accurate storage including materials quality, Issuance material, materials wastage control, materials supervision, Warehouse and deliver all materials as per requisition of Companies requirement for both Fabric & Garments Warehouse.
∎ Making plan for the overall Warehouse jobs of the factory to ensure that goods are delivered to the sewing line as per production/ delivery requirements
∎ Work with internal departments and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of all kinds of raw materials.
∎ Keep constant connection with Merchandising & Procurement department to obtain the goods at Warehouse well in advance as per priority based on delivery deadline and other requirements
∎ Update and establish standard Warehouse and inventory management policy & planning then review time to time
∎ Maintain inventory and stock of Warehouse by using modern Inventory Management Software
∎ Physical verification and reconciliation regularly of all types of Warehouse stock and inventory
∎ Ensure all receive and delivery of Warehouse materials are properly recorded and documented& released
∎ Monthly report preparation according to inventory flow movement and submit to Internal Audit/Proper authority.
∎ Ensure co-operation and co-ordination with production, commercial, accounts and concern department regarding Warehouse issues
∎ Management of warehouse materials and supplies and Oversee 3rd party logistics (3PL) as per materials movement requirements both inbound & outbound.
∎ Maintain the cutting supermarket area.
∎ Handling all warehousing and logistic activities from time of purchase orders/ invoice is issued until consignments reach their final destination
∎ Organizing/ reconciling materials to protect it from determination, ensure quality checks and monitor movement of goods from one location to other for transshipment and relocation.
∎ Controlling and monitoring inventory with the internal and external auditing teams.
∎ Preparation and submitting of aging reports, monthly stock evaluation movement to the management. Performing Warehouse-management in a systematic environment
∎ Keeping the Warehouse accounts in system (database) and relevant logs/ledgers etc and reconcile with data storage system.
∎ Proper Housekeeping to maintain the Warehouses safe, well-organized, hygienic and healthy and ensure that the environment and activities are in line with buyers' requirements.
∎ Ensure goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety and security within the Warehouse.
∎ Lead and guide the Warehouse personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in the best possible way
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years

∎ Have the working experience with reputed Knit Factory who have more than 100 product line.
