Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify opportunity for new business and do necessary research and suggest the management for business expansion
∎ Identify the development areas of existing business operations and suggest modification to increase sales & profitability
∎ Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
∎ Conduct feasibility study of the proposed projects with appropriate recommendation
∎ Oversee the implementation of new projects and ensure timely execution with appropriate budget
∎ Prepare appropriate business plan for the new business projects suitable for the company and for the industry
∎ Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of team members and provide guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
∎ Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
∎ Contribute to the formulation of Company strategy and ensure effective translation of the overall strategic direction
∎ Developed high-level relationships with all stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience in Business Development.
∎ Ability to lead a full functional business development team
∎ Ability to manage the implementation new business projects
∎ Ability to develop business strategy and monitor implementation.
∎ Strong communication and team management skills.
∎ Skills to develop new business plans.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially in English.
Salary: Negotiable
