∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Experience in Sales & Marketing- Cattle Feed.
∎ The candidate should be Smart, Self-motivated, energetic and polite in manner with attractive personality;
∎ Good leadership, execution skills and can do attitude & able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operations include Cattle Feed Dealer, Cattle Farm, Cattle Farm visit to expand Cattle feed sales.
∎ Planning and Execution of sales target of the company.
∎ Search potential area for cattle feed·
∎ Create new market for cattle feed sales and increase sales volume·
∎ Give technical support to farmers level and give instant solution to the farmers
∎ Advise farm owners about general care, feed use at the farm. Searching and expansion of new markets.
∎ Follow up daily sales and report the present situation to the relevant Authority.
∎ Frequent market survey and reporting to the Management.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management
