Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Master Degree in Marketing/ Management/ Economics/ Accounting or any discipline from a reputed Public or Private University will be preferred. Having relevant working experience in Electronics Industry will be added as a advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Sales, Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prospecting & appoint new showroom to increase sales & product availability in given Markets.
∎ Profitable revenue growth in the designated region through effective implementation of Company sales strategy through the Showroom.
∎ Setting up system & Process at dealer place to ensure smooth functioning of Showroom sales operations.
∎ Key Result /Accountabilities expected from role:
∎ Right selection of dealer and lead in setting up companies business.
∎ Achieve Targets for Revenue, Reach and profitability.
∎ Effective Showroom management in terms of maintains right inventory norms, controlling credit and balancing right working capital.
∎ Extensive travel
∎ Managing multiple priorities, managing workload within tight deadlines
∎ To work within a framework of policies
∎ Behaviors that are considered important for successful delivery in this role:
∎ Build strong relationships based on trust and honest discussion. Pursue systematic management through standardization, clarification and the elimination of defects Support those who believe in one team and help to build the effectiveness of my team to achieve the best results.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong relationship management skills
∎ Should posse's ability to plan, analyze market information / market trends / company policies.
∎ Successful track record in Showroom channel development & compulsory understanding of sales process.
∎ Self-driven / Positive attitude
∎ Should be target oriented
