Right now, we are looking for AGM under the Sales Department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.
Job related Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership & Business Growth
Lead sales operations across assigned housing and land development projects.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed project-wise sales targets.
Identify potential clients, investors, and channel partners to expand the customer base.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and buyer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Team Management
Supervise, guide, and motivate Project Sales Managers, Executives, and field staff.
Set cluster-wise sales goals and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Build a performance-driven culture through regular training, coaching, and evaluation.
Conduct performance reviews and ensure accountability at all sales levels.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with clients, landowners, brokers, and corporate buyers.
Ensure smooth communication and after-sales service for customer satisfaction.
Handle high-value negotiations and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Develop referral and loyalty programs to strengthen customer retention.
4. Strategic Coordination
Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns, promotions, and events to boost project sales.
Work closely with CRM, Legal, and Land Departments to ensure smooth documentation and registration processes.
Oversee payment collection, instalment follow-ups, and compliance with company policy.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to top management.
5. Market Development & Brand Building
Represent the company in property fairs, expos, and promotional events.
Build partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and agents to facilitate sales.
Promote the company’s projects and brand image in both urban and suburban housing markets.
