Responsibilities & Context:
Paragon Group is one of the largest and leading Agro-Industrial business conglomerate. We are seeking energetic, self-driven and experienced Sales & Marketing individual for working in the mentioned districts.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and review planning and policy for Feed Sales and Marketing.
- Ensure effective communication with dealers/distributors, farmers and Sales & Marketing team.
- Analyze sales trends, preparing market plan and annual sales forecast.
- Arranging annual/biannual/monthly dealers/distributors conference & coordination meeting.
- Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing feeds selling.
- Generate new ideas and techniques for the development of Sales & Marketing.
- Team building and achieving the goals as per target. Evaluating competitor's activities and Feed performance.
- Innovating new markets & developing relations with new and existing customers.
- Any other assignment given by the management/superior.
