• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

• BSc in Animal Husbandry/ DVM.
• Post Graduation in any discipline.

Job Responsibility:

• Develop and review planning and policy for Feed Sales and Marketing.
• Ensure effective communication with dealers/distributors, farmers and Sales & Marketing team.
• Analyze sales trends, preparing market plan and annual sales forecast.
• Arranging annual/biannual/monthly dealers/distributors conference & coordination meeting.
• Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing feeds selling.
• Generate new ideas and techniques for the development of Sales & Marketing.
• Team building and achieving the goals as per target. Evaluating competitor's activities and Feed performance.
• Innovating new markets & developing relations with new and existing customers.
• Any other assignment given by the management/superior.
