∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Any Discipline, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
∎ Graduation in DVM/AH/Fisheries is preferable.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Marketing,Sales

Job Context:
∎ We are one of the largest conglomerate in Bangladesh is looking a dynamic and self-driven professional for our Sales & Marketing team.
∎ Area of work: Sales & Marketing of poultry products like feeds, chicks, etc.
∎ It`s a Corporate Head Office based job.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate, implement and review plan & policies for marketing management.
∎ Ensure effective coordination and cooperation with vendors, distributors/dealers, factories, Marketing team and the management for all marketing initiatives and business development.
∎ Analyze sales trends, preparing market plan and annual sales forecast.
∎ Arranging annual/biannual/monthly Dealers conference
∎ Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions regarding feeds selling
∎ Generate new ideas and techniques of selling
∎ Developing annual marketing plan & budget.
∎ Arranging coordination meeting.
∎ Fixing the targets and achieving the goals.
∎ Evaluating competitor's activities and product performance.
∎ Innovating new markets & developing relations with new and existing customers.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management/superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have minimum 5 years experience in Managerial/AGM position in Poultry Feed Marketing sector.
∎ Should be conversant in using computer, MS Office, email, etc.
∎ Candidates should be smart, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Excellent communication, coordination & leadership skill.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary package will be offered for suitable candidate.
Initially, salary will be increased after successful completion of 6 months probation period.
