∎ Strong understanding of water storage products such as water tanks, FRP pressure vessels, HDPE pipes, etc., and knowledge of relevant markets and applications.
∎ Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
∎ Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize team performance.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's customer base and product portfolio.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
∎ Collaborate with the product development team to enhance existing products and introduce new offerings based on market demand.
∎ Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions and recommendations.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
∎ Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales and marketing activities.
∎ Drive a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the Sales & Marketing department.
