Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
∎ Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and collective goals.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer preferences.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
∎ Oversee the development of promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
∎ Coordinate with other departments such as product development, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing efforts.
∎ Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
∎ Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to stay ahead of the curve.
∎ Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations on sales and marketing performance.
∎ The Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Sales & Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for driving the sales and marketing strategies of the company. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Sales & Marketing, the AGM will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and enhancing the brand image of the company.
