∎ Masters or MBA from any public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Monthly or Yearly sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ Design and implement sales plan, Event or campaign to achieve the sales target.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Present sales, revenue and promotional expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
∎ Proper understanding of customer's demand and presenting appropriate product according to his demand.
∎ Coordinated with Business development & Design Section for new product add in portfolio.
∎ Drive on full speed to acquire customer database from different sources.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for record in the time of selling.
∎ Always maintain approved price, if any changes then take necessary approval.
∎ Maintain regularly Advertisement response report and report to MD through the CBO.
∎ Performing additional duties and responsibilities assigned by MD & CEO.
∎ Timely update unsold and submitted to monthly meeting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years' experience in reputed real Estate Company.
