∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Computer skill, Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Curious, flexible and good humored with a positive "can do" attitude
∎ Must demonstrate working knowledge of corporate level marketing
∎ Excellent planning, time management and analytical and business math skills
∎ Strong work ethic that supports working independently, under minimal supervision as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a dynamic range of people
∎ Ability to effectively provide, receive and respond positively to constructive feedback
∎ Candidate should have ability to close deals with prior B2B Sales experience in the Power or Solar Industry. Candidates with knowledge or experience of Market Analysis and development of Marketing Strategy will be preferred.

∎ 10+ years of Experience in a senior leadership role in Sales & Business Development
∎ Ability to influence others through strong analytical and communication skills
∎ Domain knowledge and Connection with Corporate Industrial Management in RMG, FMCG sectors in Bangladesh
