Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Strong communication skills required.
∎ Head of Organization for B2B operation.
∎ Managing growth target set by the Board.
∎ Co-ordinate between Engineering, Accounts and Project departments.
∎ Use of electronic tools/apps for real-time monitoring and reporting task/ employees/ project etc.
∎ OPEX/CAPEX business model up-gradation for Rooftop Solar projects.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a growing company with 50+ technical team.
∎ Grow the company by 10X in 3 years.
∎ Engage industrial clients for rooftop solar projects in Bangladesh.
∎ Bridge between foreign investors (Singapore and USA) and local management.
∎ Manage all Financial deals, contracts, employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ 10+ years of Experience in a senior leadership role in any business unit
∎ 5+ years as Head of Organization
∎ Foreign work experience preferred

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
