∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
∎ BBA/ MBA in marketing from a reputed university
∎ Skills Required: Bangla and english typing Skills, Communications skills (both written and oral in English), Credit Collection, Credit Recovery, Due Collection, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support through Phone, Land, Land and Legal, Land Documents, Land issue handling, Land Law, Land Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Self-motivated and always looking for work and opportunities to volunteer.
∎ To achieve collection target as set by the Management time to time.
∎ To be responsible for credit and cash collection against company sales.
∎ Collection of monthly installments
∎ Credit realization
∎ Resolve customer complains
∎ Client Follow-Up for Collection Purpose.
∎ Attend clients physically and over the phone calls
∎ Client Follow-Up for New Sales after Payment Complete.
∎ Motivate the customers to pay on time
∎ Answer clients queries
∎ Handing over the sold plots to the customers
∎ Letter Issue to Client for Dues, Over Dues Collection & Registration Cost Collection Purpose.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/ monthly/ yearly report including CR & Marketing dues, over dues.
∎ Receive all documents and dispatch them properly.
∎ Keep all records in the file. Document control.
∎ Good knowledge of computer
∎ Updating database regularly.
∎ The incumbent will report to the Chairman directly.
∎ Any other task of work as per Management Decision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of computer
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
